Linda Spudic has extensive experience in recruitment and personnel management within the non-profit and corporate sectors. Currently serving as the Recruitment and Retention Manager at Lifesteps, Inc. since November 2009, Linda Spudic oversees hiring processes and staff retention strategies in a human services agency that supports individuals and families in Western Pennsylvania. Prior to this role, Linda Spudic held positions at HSBC - North America from June 1998 to April 2009, including Recruiting Specialist, where responsibilities included determining qualifications for various job openings and conducting candidate searches, as well as serving as a Human Resources Assistant, managing confidential employee data and preparing personnel reports. Linda Spudic holds an Associate Degree in Accounting from Butler County Community College and has attended Geneva College.
