Michael Gathje

Michael Gathje serves as the Chief Program Officer at Lifesteps, Inc. since January 2015, overseeing administrative, operational, and strategic functions for a large human services organization with over thirty-five programs across ten counties in Western Pennsylvania. Previously, Gathje held leadership roles, including Campus Director at ITT Technical Institute and Director at To Our Children's Future with Health, as well as managing various programs focused on employment and education. Gathje's academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Philosophy from Villanova University and liberal arts, with earlier studies in English. Experience spans academia as an adjunct professor, management roles in retail, and significant involvement in human services and education sectors.
