Heather Pratt

Heather Pratt is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various sectors, currently serving as General Counsel for LifeStraw since July 2023. Previously, Heather held the position of Vice President of Legal Affairs at Prometric, leading a global legal team, and served as Senior Legal Counsel for North America at Pandora, focusing on employment law and commercial transactions. Heather’s earlier roles include Director of Employee and Labor Relations at Montgomery College, Title IX Program Officer at American University, and Senior Director of Associate Advocacy at Rite Aid, where strategic management of employee relations and legal compliance were paramount. Additionally, Heather has held legal roles at Hersha Hospitality Management and P. H. Glatfelter Company, contributing to corporate counsel functions and legal services. Heather holds a Juris Doctor degree from Penn State Dickinson Law, a Master of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Bernard Baruch College, and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University at Albany.
