Julie Conrad

Julie Conrad is a highly skilled healthcare professional with extensive experience in psychiatric and general nursing. Currently serving as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) at LifeStream Behavioral Center, Inc. since September 2017, Julie previously worked as a Registered Nurse at Central State Hospital from October 2015 to August 2017 and held various nursing roles at Baptist Health Louisville between 2008 and 2015, including positions on the Crisis Management Unit (CMU) and Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
