Maribel Robotis

Maribel Robotis is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people experience and human resources management. Currently serving as the People Experience Manager at Lifestyle Communities Limited since April 2020, Maribel has also held roles such as Acting Head of People Experience and People Experience Business Partner. Prior to this, Maribel worked at JB Hi-Fi from May 2017 to April 2020 as a Human Resources Business Partner, providing expert HR advice across various areas including employee relations and performance management, and earlier as a Human Resources Advisor from October 2005 to June 2016, handling a portfolio of 40 stores and approximately 700 employees. Maribel began a career in human resources at Thistle Hotels as a Human Resources Administrator in 2005. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University, specializing in English, Cultural and Literary Studies.
