Jiangbo Han

VP Of Smart Manufacturing at LifeTech Scientific Corp

Jiangbo Han has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 1993, Han worked as a Senior Research Scholar at the Technical University of Denmark. In 1998, Han joined Hewlett-Packard/Agilent Technologies, where they held various roles including Technology Engineering Manager, Senior Principal Engineer, and Principal Engineer. During this time, they were responsible for ASIC and opto-electronics packaging development and managed packaging and process development teams. In 2003, Han transitioned to Hewlett-Packard as an Engineering Manager II, overseeing inkjet cartridge manufacturing operations in Asia. Jiangbo managed tooling and tester engineering departments and facilitated the transfer of a high automation line to Singapore.

From 2007 to 2009, Han served as the Director of Operations for MEMS at Sonion, where they established and managed MEMS Operations in Vietnam. Jiangbo then joined EPCOS PTE LTD in 2009 as the Senior Director of Operations, overseeing Wafer Fab and Test Operations.

In 2013, Han became the General Manager/Plant Director of Power-One, where they led Power-One Asia Pacific Electronics and Power-One Co. Ltd. In 2014, Han joined Lifetech Scientific Inc. as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing various managerial positions within the company. During their tenure, they served as the General Manager of PerMed BioMedical Engineering PTE LTD and the General Manager of the Pacing System Business Unit.

In 2019, Han joined Heraeus Medical Components as the Operations Director, where they led operations for the company. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Smart Manufacturing at Lifetech Scientific Corporation, a position they started in April 2021.

In addition to their roles in different organizations, Han also founded Hygeria Technologies Pte Ltd in 2017, where they provided consultancy services on medical device technology, product and operations management, and the China and APAC medical device market and registration.

Jiangbo Han completed a Ph.D. in Computational Mechanics from Nanyang Technological University Singapore between 1994 and 1997. During this time, they focused on the field of study in the School of Mechanical & Production Engineering. Prior to that, between 1984 and 1987, Han obtained an M.Eng degree in Solid Mechanics from Xi'an Jiaotong University. Jiangbo'seducation journey began in 1977 when they pursued a B.Eng degree in Applied Mechanics at Henan University of Science and Technology, which they completed in 1982.
