Allison Hickey has over 20 years of experience in various sales and marketing roles. Allison started their career at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, where they worked as a Commercial Insurance Underwriter for small and large businesses. Allison then joined USA TODAY, where they served as an International Manager for Ad Sales, overseeing advertising business for Asia. Allison also played a key role in the creation and launch of Open Air magazine. Hickey later joined Nokia as the Northeast Interactive Ad Sales Manager, focusing on mobile location-based ad platforms. Prior to their current role, they worked at JiWire as a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for advertising business development in the New York and Southeast territories. Since 2013, Hickey has been working at Lifetime Brands as the Chief Marketing Officer and Divisional Sales Manager, where they develop and executes marketing strategies and works closely with the product development department.

Allison Hickey attended The New School in 2003, where they studied Japanese 101. Prior to that, they pursued a certificate in Sports, Entertainment and Event Marketing from New York University from 1998 to 2000. Allison'sundergraduate education was completed at Baruch College, where they obtained a BBA in Finance/Accounting from 1987 to 1992.
