Elana Depaolo Fajardo

Elana DePaolo Fajardo has a diverse work experience that includes positions at Lifetime Brands and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Elana started their career at Lifetime Brands in 2008 and held multiple roles within the company. Elana began as a Category Manager in April 2008 and then became a Senior Category Manager, serving in that role until December 2014. In January 2015, Elana was promoted to the position of Vice President of Business Development, a role they currently hold. Prior to their tenure at Lifetime Brands, they worked at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as a Special Events Campaign Coordinator from June 2007 to April 2008.
