Tom O'Neill, MBA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and operations across a range of industries. Currently serving as the Controller at Lifetime Windows and Siding since August 2023, Tom has successfully addressed significant discrepancies in financial statements, bringing them current within five months. Previously, Tom held leadership roles at Sheffield Homes LLC, contributing to operational and financial turnaround efforts, and was the CFO at Grid Collaborative Workspaces, where Tom secured $60 million in financing for developments. Tom's career also includes key positions as Controller at Rivers Development and Fairfield Homes, Director of Operations at Waterford Restaurant Group, and VP of Finance and Accounting at Delwest Holdings.
