Amy Barker McIpd

Amy Barker MCIPD, FHEA is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Coach at Lifetime since June 2024 and as a Coach at A3B Coaching since May 2022. Previous roles include Skills Coach - HR and L&D at Babington, People and Culture Manager at Barrett Dixon Bell, and HR Business Partner (Interim) at the UK Cyber Security Council. A background in HR coaching and advisory roles is further demonstrated through experiences at BPP University, Cascade Corporation, Manchester United, Cats Protection, and Greater Manchester Chamber.
