Jodie Connor has over 15 years of experience in diverse roles, with a focus on engagement, education, and recruitment. Currently serving as Engagement Manager at Lifetime Training since 2019, Jodie oversees a team to enhance apprenticeship growth and learner experiences. Prior roles include Partnership Engagement Lead and Engagement Officer at Lifetime Training, where responsibilities encompassed promoting apprenticeships and managing communications with partners. Jodie's earlier experience spans various positions at Mitchells & Butlers PLC, where customer service and relationship management were key, along with roles as an Associate Lecturer at BMet and a Business Studies lecturer at Halesowen College. Jodie also has a background in recruitment from Office Angels and ManpowerGroup, where business development and candidate sourcing were central.
