Lisa Barnes

Lisa Barnes has a strong background in research and development, with experience in a variety of roles in the personal care industry. Lisa is currently working as the Vice President of Research & Development at LifeVantage Corporation since August 2022. Prior to this, they spent five years at Nu Skin, where they held the position of Senior Development Scientist, Global R&D from February 2020 to August 2022 and Development Scientist, Sr. Associate from July 2017 to February 2020. During their time at Nu Skin, Lisa managed various millennial-focused facial care and body brands, introduced line extensions, and led local product development initiatives. Before joining Nu Skin, Lisa worked at Chattem, Inc. for nearly a decade, starting as an Intern- Product Development in March 2008 and progressing to the role of Product Development Manager and then Product Development Scientist. Their responsibilities at Chattem included formulating new products, researching new technologies and raw materials, and providing support to various brands. Lisa began their career as a Teacher's Assistant and later became a Team Leader-Facilities Services at Covenant College.

Lisa Barnes attended Covenant College from 2005 to 2009, where they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology.
