Odis Kidd III

Odis (Quincy) Kidd III is an experienced personal trainer and fitness program creator with over twenty years in the industry. Currently serving as a personal trainer at The New Albany Country Club and an independent leadership distributor for LifeVantage Corporation since 2017, Odis has designed fitness programs tailored to individual client needs. Odis is also known for creating the ROCK-N-ABS workout program, featuring a unique 60-minute Complex Cardio-Core system that targets core strength and endurance. Previous roles include certified personal trainer at Arena District Athletic Club and program creator for both the Stealth 360 Core Workout and group fitness classes at various athletic clubs. Odis holds an education background from Columbus State Community College.
