Katy Bak

Katy Bak is a Senior Product Designer at Lifeware SA, focusing on end-to-end digital product research and design within the InsurTech, Wealth Management, and FinTech sectors since August 2023. As the owner of Digital Psychology PL, Katy provides resources on applied psychology in digital product design. Previously, as a Lead Product Designer at Locatee and UX & Research Lead at Masterplan.com, Katy coordinated user research initiatives, analyzed findings, and facilitated the design process to enhance user experiences. Early career roles as a Digital Product Strategist and Designer at Netguru involved conducting Design Sprint workshops and creating functional prototypes. Katy has also served as a UX Designer at the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park and as a UX/UI Designer for notable global companies, demonstrating a robust foundation in design and technical illustration. Katy holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS, and has a solid educational background in Design Management and Engineering.
