Emily Hess, SHRM-CP has experience working in various roles within human resources, talent acquisition, and customer service across different industries. Emily is currently the Human Resources Manager at Lifewater International, where Emily collaborates with Operations and HR to maximize the effectiveness of the Applicant Tracking System. Prior to this, Emily worked as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at ScribeAmerica, where Emily oversaw staff placement and reduced scribe retention rates. Emily also has experience in office management, customer service, and background verification. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Arkansas and an Associate of Applied Science in Sign Language Interpretation and Translation from Tarrant County College.
