Michelle Hildreth

Michelle Hildreth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation analysis and human resources. Currently serving as a Brand Partner at LifeWave since July 2022, Michelle focuses on empowering individuals with innovative wellness solutions. Prior to this role, Michelle spent ten years as a Compensation Analyst at UnityPoint Health-Corporate, where responsibilities included providing customer service and support for compensation programs. Michelle’s background also includes a decade as a Compensation Consultant at DuPont Pioneer, where analysis and design of competitive salary structures for a global workforce were key responsibilities. Previous positions at Des Moines Orthopaedic Surgeons, GuideOne Insurance, and CDS Global further contributed to a rich career in human resources and compensation management. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Human Resources from the University of Northern Iowa.
