Aga Jankiewicz-Gorecka is currently serving as the HR Shared Services Projects Manager at Lifeways Group since November 2019. Prior to this, Aga worked as an HR Project Specialist in the EMEA HR Operations Excellence Team at CBRE from June 2018 to August 2019. With their experience as a Senior HR Advisor at CBRE UK and as an HR Co-Ordinator at JLL, Aga brings a wealth of knowledge in HR operations, process design, employee relations, talent management, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Aga holds a Master's level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Development, among other qualifications.
