Tom Williams

Tom Williams, MC, FACHE, has extensive experience in behavioral health leadership and accreditation. Currently serving as a Surveyor for CARF International since May 2018 and a Special Projects Manager at Lifewell Behavioral Wellness, Inc. since September 2016, Tom focuses on the development and implementation of projects such as Integrative Clinic Redesign and CARF Accreditation preparation. Previously, Tom held the position of Chief Clinical Officer at Lifewell Behavioral Wellness, Inc. and Turquoise Health and Wellness, Inc., as well as Associate and Clinical Administrator roles at Banner Behavioral Health Hospital. Tom has also contributed to various boards, including the National Association of Psychiatric Health Systems. Tom holds a Master's degree in Counseling, Mental Health from the University of Phoenix.
