Diana Cave Sayre

Diana Cave Sayre, MSN, RN has a diverse work experience spanning over several positions. Diana is currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations & Innovation at Lifework Education since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at RQI Partners, LLC from 2018 to 2021, where they held roles such as Impact Manager, Strategic Accounts, and Impact Manager for the Pacific Northwest & CA region. From 2010 to 2018, Diana worked at the American Heart Association as a Regional Account Manager for the Pacific Northwest. Diana also worked at Portland Community College from 2001 to 2010 as an Academic Professional, Adjunct Faculty, and Director of the AHA Training Center, where they oversaw educational programs, instructor supervision, and budgetary responsibilities. Earlier in their career, Diana worked at Legacy Health System as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Services department and at Oregon Health & Sciences University as a Nurse Manager for the Emergency Services department. Diana also had an extensive role at Kaiser Permanente Hospital & Medical Center, serving as the Director of Nursing Professional Practice, Quality Management RN, Clinical Educator, and Staff RN from 1994 to 2001, where they managed various projects and initiatives related to patient care quality, compliance, and education.

Diana Cave Sayre, MSN, RN earned a Master of Science (MS) in Nursing and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of California, San Francisco between 1992 and 1994. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Nursing from California State University, Fresno from 1985 to 1988. Diana also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a focus on Physiological Psychology/Psychobiology from California State University. Furthermore, Diana completed the Fresno County Paramedic Training Program, where they received a degree as a Mobile Intensive Care Paramedic (MICP) with a specialization in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic).
