Diane Benavides Wille

Diane joined LifeWorks NW in 2005 as practicum student in Child and Family Services. After her practicum, she transitioned into Intensive Community-based Treatment Service a program with LifeWorks NW where she advanced to Program Director in 2008. She has managed several programs in Child and Family Services and joined the Quality Management team in 2012, where she developed the new employee curriculum. In 2014 Diane became the Director of Diversity Development bringing with her years of involvement with the Diversity Resource Crew. Diane has also been chosen by the National Council for Behavioral Health as the inaugural class participating in Addressing Health Disparities Leadership Program. She is a licensed professional counselor and certified drug counselor.
