Alvin Tamura is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-volume food service and event catering. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Capital One and Lifeworks Restaurant Group since October 2015, Alvin excels in menu creation and execution for corporate executives and VIP services, emphasizing innovative culinary approaches.
