Paul Kostandin is a culinary expert with extensive experience in restaurant operations and development. Currently serving as Culinary Development and Training Director at LifeWorks Restaurant Group since April 2024, Paul previously held the position of Culinary Director at EAT Restaurant Partners from October 2020 to April 2024, overseeing operations across 12 brands. Prior roles include Executive Chef Consultant at Natalie’s Taste of Lebanon, Chef De Cuisine at Historical Restaurant Concepts, and Executive Chef at The Blue Goat. Paul began their culinary career as a Sous Chef at Neighborhood Restaurant Group. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies from Johnson & Wales University.
