Polly Allen

Polly Allen has extensive experience in food service management, currently serving as General Manager and previously as Food Service Director and Multi-Unit Food Service Director at LifeWorks Restaurant Group since August 2015. In addition to roles at Augusta National Golf Club as Area Supervisor during the 2017 Masters Golf Tournament, Polly held the position of Director of Food Services at New York Life Insurance Company for one year. Polly's career at TGI Fridays spanned over a decade, where the title of Senior Manager was held from August 2003 to September 2015. Polly Allen is an alumnus of Indiana University Bloomington.
