Samantha Gambino has a diverse work experience in various industries. Samantha began their career as an Employee at the Cradle Of Aviation Museum in 2011 and worked there until 2013. In 2014, they had internships at Aramark where they gained experience in cafe and catering operations. Samantha also worked as a Sales Intern at Shaner Hotels from 2015 to 2016 and as an Intern at Aramark in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Global Customer Support Representative at Bloomberg LP. Samantha then joined Aramark again in 2016 as an Aramark Scholar, where they assisted in managing students at Vita Nova, a fine-dining restaurant. Samantha moved on to LifeWorks Restaurant Group in 2017 as a Food Service Manager and later advanced to roles such as Marketing Associate Specialist, Marketing Manager, and currently holds the position of Global Marketing Director.

From 2012 to 2016, they attended the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management.
Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, they attended West Hempstead High School and obtained their High School degree.
In addition to their formal education, Samantha Gambino also obtained several certifications in their field. In October 2015, they completed the Level 1 Introductory Sommelier Course & Exam offered by The Court of Master Sommeliers. In October 2014, they obtained the Certification of Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) through STR, Inc. Samantha also received the Cvent Supplier Network Certification from Cvent in March 2014. Lastly, in December 2012, they obtained the ServSafe certification from the National Restaurant Association.
