Kevin Kanoon

Kevin Kanoon serves as Partner and Vice President at LifeWorks, overseeing client and relationship engagement to drive satisfaction and retention for SaaS, Outsourcing, and Health Plan Services clients since April 2014. In addition, Kevin has held the position of Principal in Client Management & Operations at Morneau Shepell since June 2012, focusing on client relationship management and benefits consulting. Prior experience includes a role as an independent consultant in outsourcing and offshoring and a Principal position at Mercer HR Services from July 1997 to January 2012. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Illinois State University and an MBA with a focus on HR and Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management.
