Rakesh Dhyani, PMP, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at LifeWorks, which has been acquired by TELUS Health, since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Group Benefits at Sun Life, Insurance Advisor at belairdirect, and Benefits Manager at Alight Solutions, where responsibilities included fostering client relationships, ensuring service quality, and managing hiring processes. At Aon Hewitt, Rakesh Dhyani managed client projects, improved operational efficiency, and coordinated with various stakeholders to deliver optimal service. Rakesh Dhyani holds a Bachelor in Business Economics from Delhi University and an MBA from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa.
