Jakob Stoumann

Jakob Stoumann currently serves as the Director of Real Estate Nordics and ESG Lead at LifeX, overseeing a growing portfolio of residential real estate across major European cities. Additionally, Stoumann is a member of the Strategic Advisory Board at AlmenNet, contributing to social housing initiatives in Denmark. Prior experience includes pivotal roles at PropTech Denmark as Network Director, where Stoumann was instrumental in enhancing the Danish proptech ecosystem, and participation in various advisory boards and committees related to digital innovation and proptech in Europe. With a substantial tenure at Oxford Research, Stoumann held multiple leadership positions, including Director of International Relations and Managing Director, where responsibilities encompassed international strategy and partnership development. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Anthropology from the University of Copenhagen and an Erasmus program at Universitat de Barcelona.
