Joseph Mackay

Joseph Mackay's work experience begins in 2003 at Smith Flat Development, where they worked as an Operations Lead and Project Manager. In this role, they managed operations for hotel construction projects, supervised staff, and coordinated development teams for project approvals.

In 2010, Joseph joined the Construction Industry Crime Prevention Program as the Director of Member Services. Joseph was responsible for managing the private sector association and overseeing the reward/hotline system to combat construction site theft.

From 2012 to 2015, Joseph worked at CBM Group as the Manager of Operations, where they handled the daily operations of multi-family and senior real estate properties, including rent collection and application processing.

Joseph's next role was at Anytime Fitness, where they served as an Assistant Manager of Operations from 2017 to 2018. Joseph focused on sales of health club subscriptions, provided individual consulting, and tailored custom roadmaps for health and wellness.

In 2012, Joseph pursued their passion for writing and became a self-employed Book Author. Joseph authored and published three young adult science fiction novels, successfully navigating the self-publishing process and collaborating with editors, artists, and formatters.

Recently, Joseph joined Lift Brands in 2019, initially as the Manager of West Operations, overseeing operations in the western region. Joseph has since been promoted to the role of National Director of Operations, where they are responsible for leading nationwide operations within the company.

Joseph Mackay started their education at El Dorado High School from 1992 to 1996 and earned a Diploma. Joseph then attended Folsom Lake College from 1998 to 2000 and obtained an Associates degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2000, they enrolled at San Diego State University and pursued a field of study in Psychology, although no specific degree was mentioned.
