Roy Grow has extensive experience in facilities management and maintenance, currently serving as the Director of Automation Support at Lift, Inc. since January 2023. Prior to this, Roy spent over 12 years at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in various roles, including Sr Facilities Manager and Maintenance Manager for the Starbucks account. Roy has also held positions such as Operations and Maintenance Technical Supervisor at GSK, and Maintenance Mechanic roles at companies including Cott Beverages, Henry Schein, and Whitman's Chocolates. Roy’s career began in 1988 at Crown Holdings, Inc., and includes significant experience in aseptic filling, packaging, and mechanical support throughout the pharmaceutical and food sectors.
