James Havell has been working in the professional world since 2016. James began their career as an Engineer Tech at Aerel, where they were responsible for building and shipping electrical units in a time-sensitive environment. In 2018, they took on the role of Account Representative at BYU Outbound Ticket Sales, where they incorporated CRM (Salesforce) and Paciolan while making outbound sales calls for BYU athletic events, CougarClub donations/gifts, and groups. James was also responsible for organizing and selling group experiences for companies/families, making adjustments according to the needs of each group. In 2019, they took on the role of BYU Sports Network Intern at BYU Broadcasting. In 2021, they began working at Fidelity Investments as a Customer Relationship Advocate and at Lift Local as a Customer Success Manager and Strategic Growth Manager. Since starting at BYU Outbound Ticket Sales, they have generated over $490,000 in revenue.

James Havell attended Brigham Young University from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained an Experience Design and Management degree. In 2019, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Experience Design and Managment from the Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business.
