Jihad Mims

Jihad Mims is an experienced education and engineering professional currently serving as the Learning Lab Manager at LIFT since September 2019. Previously, Jihad held positions as an Adjunct Faculty member at Wayne County Community College District, where responsibility included curriculum management and class instruction in Math, Reading, and Language Arts, and significant SAT score improvements for local high schools. Additional experience includes roles as a Professional Tutor at Exam Experts, Graduate Teaching Assistant at Oakland University, and STEM Instructor focusing on engineering topics. Jihad's background also encompasses customer service, quality control, and undergraduate research, with degrees from Oakland University and Georgia Institute of Technology in Engineering disciplines.
