Bob Schraitle

Bob Schraitle has been with LiftFund since 2010 and currently serves as SVP of SBA 504 Business Development in San Antonio. Prior to joining LiftFund, Bob spent 10 years with South Texas Business Fund, where they served as Loan Servicing Manager. In this role, Bob was responsible for originating and packaging SBA 504 loan applications, maintaining the loan management/tracking system, and managing loan applications prepared by outside loan underwriting contractors. Bob was also responsible for loan servicing, including maintaining current files, generating lien releases, subordinations, and other legal documents. Bob has consistently received grades of 93% or higher on all annual SBA audits. Prior to their work in the financial industry, Bob spent a year working in property management for the City of San Antonio.

Bob Schraitle reports to Rich Ruebe, Interim President. They are on a team with Dk Thepuatrakul - VP of Information Technology, Michi Clay - VP of Lending, and Jane Hernandez - VP of Human Resources.
