Kristin N. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Kristin began their career in 2007 as a Public Relations Intern at Tierney Communications, where they prepared press releases, pitched stories to the press, and monitored client-related news. In 2008, they worked as an Advertising Account Service Intern at Neiman, where they compiled competitive research on potential and current clients and assisted in preparing for kick-off meetings and new business pitches.

In 2008, Kristin joined Mountz Jewelers as a Marketing Manager, where they managed a $720K annual advertising and promotions budget. Kristin also produced detailed budgeting and campaign reports and managed a department of two.

From 2015 to 2020, Kristin worked as a Marketing Manager at Boscov's Department Store, LLC, specifically in their Boscov's Travel division. In this role, they executed marketing plans to support 18 retail locations and group and corporate travel, aiming to increase awareness and drive sales. Kristin reported directly to the VP and President of Boscov's Department Store and managed a department of three employees.

In 2020, Kristin joined the Ronald C. Wornick Jewish Day School as a Communications and Project Manager. In this role, they spearheaded the implementation of a project management system for the Administrative team and evaluated digital platforms implemented during shelter-in-place. Kristin surveyed the team to determine inefficiencies and played an integral role in improving and streamlining processes.

In 2022, Kristin worked at Keap as a Campaign Manager, where they were responsible for managing campaigns. Subsequently, they joined LiftLab as the Director of Customer Success.

Kristin N. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Art/Art History from Lebanon Valley College. Kristin attended the college from 2004 to 2008. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and completed the program between 2013 and 2015.
