Ying Chen

Ying Chen is an accomplished engineering manager at Liftoff Mobile since March 2022, contributing to the growth acceleration platform for the mobile industry. Prior to this role, Ying served as a senior software engineer at Vungle starting in April 2019 and spent nearly a decade as a principal software engineer at Oracle from July 2009 to March 2019, focusing on the development and maintenance of web-based enterprise application software, specifically Siebel CRM and its related technologies. Ying holds a master's degree in computer science obtained from Beijing University of Technology in 2009, following a bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution in 2006.
