Carlos Guillén

Carlos Guillén has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Carlos started their career as a Supervisor General de Sistemas at Diario Que Pasa in 2010, where they were responsible for optimizing, organizing, and maintaining the information networks and technology equipment of the company. Carlos also supervised the website and managed a team of 4 in technical support and 2 in web development. In 2014, they transitioned to Metro de Maracaibo as an Engineer in Maintenance, where they oversaw routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities in the Signaling and Telemetry Division. Carlos also managed staff schedules and budgets. In 2016, they worked as an Executivo Mesa de Ayuda at Advicom, providing remote and on-site support, as well as installation and configuration of IT equipment. Carlos then moved to Vessi in 2017, where they held the position of Coordinador de Ventas. In this role, they supervised and directed the sales team across the country, maintained key client relationships, and implemented and managed the CRM system. Currently, Carlos works as the Head of Sales Chile at LIFULL Connect, starting in 2022.
