Carlos Ruiz Comes has a diverse work experience, starting with a role as an Accounting Intern at Nissan Almenar in 2011. Carlos then worked as a Junior Analyst at Valcapital, where they were involved in investment opportunities, financial and business analysis, market research, and M&A projects. Carlos also spent time in the finance department at Punt Mobles XXI.

From 2014 to 2016, Carlos worked as a Business Management Consultant at IFEDES, focusing on corporate finance projects such as financial modeling and valuation.

In 2017, Carlos joined XP Power as an M&A Analyst, assisting with the financial consolidation process and participating in the design and execution of the annual budget process and forecasts. Carlos later became a Group FP&A Analyst, providing support to the Group Finance Director and CFO, collaborating with FP&A teams across business divisions, and assisting with monthly financial reporting and variance analysis.

In 2019, Carlos joined Board International as a Senior Consultant, where they helped businesses with their digital transformation processes using the Board decision-making platform. Their responsibilities included planning and coordinating project implementations related to BI, analytics, and corporate performance management. Carlos also worked closely with clients to create templates, reports, dashboards, budgets/forecasts, and other BI and CPM applications.

Carlos currently holds the role of Business Controller & M&A at LIFULL Connect since September 2020.

Carlos Ruiz Comes completed a Bachelor's Degree in Economics with Distinction (1st) from the University of Valencia from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Administration from the same university between 2009 and 2014. Additionally, Carlos obtained certifications in Financial Accounting Systems from the University of Valencia in March 2012, and the First Certificate in English (FCE) from the University of Cambridge in July 2017.
