Solange Stephanie Vega has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Solange Stephanie started their career as a Profesora de inglés at Colegio Ramos Mejia, where they worked from July 2014 to March 2017.

Solange Stephanie then moved on to AUTOTAG - Concesionario Oficial Volkswagen, where they worked as a Supervisora en Ventas from December 2017 to March 2018. In this role, they supervised the sales team, conducted training and selection of personnel, and handled telephonic sales and customer service.

Next, they joined Satelital Argentina S.A. as a Supervisora en Ventas in April 2018 and worked until April 2022. Their responsibilities included supervising two sales points, managing a team of ten people, providing training and guidance, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the team.

After that, they worked at Mudafy from October 2022 to February 2023, holding multiple roles. Solange Stephanie started as a Customer Success Commercial Coordinator, where they collaborated with different operational areas to develop and implement scalable processes and projects. Solange Stephanie also worked as a Customer Success Project Team Lead, responsible for maintaining the quality of implemented processes and projects across different areas and identifying areas for improvement. Finally, they served as a Customer Success Lead, where they designed user journeys and processes, analyzed implementation of quality assurance processes, and monitored operational and customer satisfaction metrics.

Currently, Solange is the Head of Sales & Customer Success at LIFULL Connect since February 2023.
