Monica also worked at Umbrella.co.uk as a Senior Reward Consultant and at Aimia Inc as Head of Reward, EMEA, Global IT & Product, APAC, Head of Reward, EMEA, and HR Reward and Operations Manager. Additionally, they gained experience at Travelport as Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager and Compensation and Benefits Analyst, and at Motorola Solutions as EMEA Rewards. Monica Stefanescu's education history begins with their Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, Banking, and Stock Exchange from the Academy of Economic Studies, which they obtained from 2002 to 2007. Monica then pursued further education and completed their PhD in Finance from the Doctoral School at the Academy of Economic Studies, graduating between 2007 and 2010.
