Courtney Carter

Courtney Carter, CSP, currently serves as the Director of Operations at LIGHT A SINGLE CANDLE FOUNDATION NFP since February 2024. Prior to this role, Courtney was the General Manager at Express Employment Professionals – St Louis Metro from September 2006 to December 2023, where responsibilities included developing hiring, training, and recruiting strategies for over 100 clients and leading three franchises to achieve their goals. Earlier experience includes serving as Office Manager at BEST DMS from April 2004 to May 2006 and as Front Desk Associate/Night Auditor at Residence Inn by Marriott from June 2003 to April 2004. Courtney holds a BA in English/Journalism from both Saint Mary's College and the University of Notre Dame, completing studies from 1999 to 2003.
