John Dohm has worked in a variety of roles in the technology and business space since 1987. John began their career at Quaker Oats as a Senior System Analyst, where they built the corporate networking infrastructure. John then moved on to Deloitte in 1994, where they were brought in to build out and lead the Internet Infrastructure practice. In 2001, they became the Division CIO and VP of IT & eBusiness at American Standard, where they were responsible for the $1.6B WABCO division's technology organization. In 2003, they founded the global consulting firm Intellos / Center for PM, where they advised clients on business process improvement, strategic alignment, and portfolio management structure, design, and best practices. From 2008 to 2011, they were the VP/CIO at Guru Denim, Inc., where they restructured order management and fulfillment operations and integrated/centralized global retail systems. John then moved on to Plainsight as the CTO in 2016, where they transformed service offerings, redefined value proposition, and gained market traction for the startup. Most recently, they were recruited by the early-stage startup Light Field Lab, Inc. in 2018, where they hold full accountability for Supply Chain, HR, IT, Finance/Accounting/Treasury, and Facilities.
John Dohm obtained an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management between 1991 and 1993, with a focus in Management Strategy, Organizational Behavior, and Information Technology. John also obtained a MS/BS in Computer Science from Loyola University Chicago between 1984 and 1989.
