Tin Patio

Tin Patio currently serves as the Employee and Labor Relations Head at LIGHT Microfinance, Inc. since May 2024, following a comprehensive tenure at the same organization from June 2010 to February 2024, which included roles as Human Resources Staffing Head and Human Resources Specialist. Tin holds a Certificate in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of the Philippines, obtained in 2022, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Trinity University of Asia (1998-2002), and a Certificate in Industrial Relations and Human Resource from UP-SOLAIR.
