Monika Sharma

Monika Sharma is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate strategy and financial analysis. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy at Light Microfinance Pvt. Ltd. since March 2018, Monika has also held roles as Manager of Finance, Assistant Manager of Finance, and Finance Analyst within the same organization. Prior to this, Monika worked at WINGS IVF Group of Hospitals from March 2016 to February 2018 as an Analyst in Finance & Strategy, where responsibilities included analyzing financial data, budget preparation, and interacting with private equity firms for funding. Monika holds an MBA in Finance from United World School of Business (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Business Management from Pacific University Udaipur (2011-2014). Educational background includes completion of higher secondary education in Science from Central Academy Udaipur (1997-2010).
