Himanshu Shukla

Himanshu Shukla is the founder and CEO of Lightbeam.AI. Himanshu was previously the Senior Technical Director-AIOPs at Nutanix, where they led and built the AIOps product from scratch. The revenue for the product grew from 0 to 100 MM run rate in 4 years. The product led with consumer-grade design, used machine learning and AI algorithms(Xfit) to detect anomalies in application/infrastructure performance, and provided smart automation(Xplay) to remediate the problems. Additionally, the product provided a search-based interface to quickly root cause issues.

Before working at Nutanix, Shukla was the Founder & CTO of Parallocity, where they built a runtime error detection framework(ZVM) to detect hard to find concurrency issues, memory corruptions, and memory errors in C/C++ applications as well as in Linux kernel modules with minimal performance impact. Additionally, ZVM provided code coverage analytics. ZVM used compiler techniques to optimally instrument programs and performed happens-before analysis to detect race conditions.

Shukla began their career as a Software Engineer at Ericsson in 2006, where they worked for one year before moving on to Parallocity.

Himanshu Shukla attended the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi and then Campion School in Bhopal.
