Kevin O’Keefe

Kevin O'Keefe is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in executive leadership roles across the payments and financial services industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at LightBox since June 2024, Kevin previously held the position of CEO at Retail Merchant Services from August 2017 to December 2022, during which time RMS was acquired by SaltPay. At Worldpay, Kevin served as SVP SME Sales and SVP Partner Development, where Kevin achieved significant sales growth and new business income. Other notable roles include CFO positions at Worldpay Zinc, Chi-X Europe, and advising initiatives at Nasdaq OMX. Kevin began their career in investment banking at JP Morgan and Advent International, after earning an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a BS in Finance from Fairfield University.
