Min Suh is the managing director of Valuation & Analytics at LightBox. Before joining LightBox, Min was the CEO of ASSESS+RE and an adjunct instructor at New York University and Columbia University. At NYU, Min taught Acquisition Procedures and Analysis and ARGUS Intensive Workshop. At Columbia, Min was a developer and lecturer of the Core Financial Modeling Curriculum with over 340 hours of lecturing experience. Min taught Financial Modeling 1, Financial Modeling 2, Financial Modeling 3, Real Estate Finance 2, Real Estate Finance Capstone, Joint Ventures & Private Equity, Real Estate Development Financial Modeling, and ARGUS Intensive Workshop.
