Bhavya Senwar, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience. From 2023, they have been working as a Senior Mechanical Test Engineer at LTA Research. From 2016 to present, they have been studying for their PhD at the University of Colorado, Boulder, while also serving as a Teaching Assistant. Prior to that, in 2014, they were a Summer Intern at the National Aerospace Laboratories in Bangalore, working under the Principal Research Scientist Dr. L Venkatakrishnan. The objective of the project was to investigate the properties of supersonic (Mach 4) flow passing through convergent and divergent sections of the wind tunnel.
Bhavya Senwar, Ph.D. has a comprehensive educational background. Bhavya obtained their Bachelor of Technology in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology/Technician from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay between 2011 and 2014. Following this, they earned their Master's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the same institute between 2011 and 2016. Bhavya then pursued their Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder between 2016 and 2019, and is currently completing their Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering at the same university, which they are expected to complete by 2022.
