Kishore Kaushik

Kishore Kaushik has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kishore started as an Intern at Ashok Leyland, where they gained initial exposure to the automotive industry. Kishore then worked as an Intern at Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals LTD, focusing on vibration and health monitoring of critical rotary equipment. Kishore also held an Internship position at Volvo Trucks India, where they contributed to work quality improvement and assembly line efficiency projects.

After completing their graduate training at IMI, Kishore joined Triveni Engineering & Industries Ltd as a Senior Engineer in Research and Development. Kishore was involved in diagnosing and resolving vibration, noise, and temperature issues in gears and gearboxes. Kishore also conducted design experiments and collaborated with the design team to ensure stable shaft layouts and efficient thrust bearing designs.

Following this, Kishore joined Cummins Inc. as an Applied Mechanics Intern, where they executed modal analysis and operational deflection shape tests for High Horsepower Diesel Engine components. Later, at Cummins Inc., Kishore progressed to the role of an Applied Mechanics Engineer, further refining their skills in simulation and testing of engine dynamic systems, including gear-train and crank-train.

Kishore then became a part of Amazon Lab126 as a Hardware Test Engineer, specializing in Consumer Robotics. During their time at Amazon, they worked on testing consumer robotics products before moving on to their current role as a Senior Mechanical Test Engineer at Zipline.

Kishore Kaushik pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati from 2016 to 2018. Before entering university, Kishore Kaushik attended Sri Sathya Sai Loka Seva PU College, Alike, where they completed their Pre-University studies from 2007 to 2009.
