Andrei Stolov

Andrei Stolov is a distinguished technical expert currently serving as a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff at Lightera since April 2025. Prior to this role, Andrei accumulated extensive experience at OFS from November 2000 to April 2025 as a Member of Technical Staff. Andrei's academic career includes a postdoctoral position at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from December 1998 to November 2000 and a lengthy tenure at Kazan State University, where Andrei worked as a Senior Scientist and Visiting Scientist from September 1986 to December 1998. Andrei holds a Master's Degree in Polymer Science & Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a PhD in Physics from Kazan State University.
