Brian Kappel is currently a Partner and Attorney at Lightfoot, Franklin & White since October 2011. Previously, Brian served as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Gerald Bard Tjoflat at the U.S. Court of Appeals from August 2010 to August 2011. Prior to their legal career, Brian was a Minor League Baseball Player for the Seattle Mariners from June 2005 to August 2007. Brian earned their Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law in 2010 and an A.B. degree from Princeton University in 2005. Brian completed their high school education at The Westminster Schools from 1994 to 2001.
