Ana Victoria Vargas Abarca is an experienced professional in production management, currently serving as OTP Production Manager and previously as Production Supervisor at LightForce since May 2021. Prior to this role, Ana worked at Align Technology from May 2002 to October 2016, where responsibilities included managing production teams, enhancing process efficiencies, and overseeing virtual patient treatment as a Setup & Stage Lead. Ana holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana Castro Carazo, alongside multiple dental technician qualifications and a Licentiate degree in Chemistry from various institutions. Ana is also pursuing a Master's degree in Modern Manufacturing Systems at Tecnológico de Costa Rica.
